Filtering

All your mail is rigorously checked for: Viruses and SPAM with the most innovative Filtering System. Our custom system uses a wide variety of local and network tests to identify spam components within messages making it harder for Spammers to identify which aspect they can bypass to let their messages reach you. We also use DNSBL’s (DNS Block lists) to identify known Spam servers as well as Web sites known for sending Phising attacks that stops emails from reaching your users.
Every message that is rejected will get a useful detailed message back from our servers stating why it was not accepted, as well as inviting them to personally contact our office for further assistance if they wish to correct the issue.
Our system marks messages that do not fully fail all our major tests but do contain enough content to be highly suspicious with a [SPAM] label in the subject of the email allowing you to filter out those few remaining messages on your own. No more wondering why you did not receive that important email from your client or mailing list all the while reducing junk mail cluttering your inbox. This means that you are transmitting your emails encrypted and securely preventing others from reading your emails and personal information.

SMTP Authentication

Using our outbound servers allows us to protect your precious email and domains even further by allowing SPF records to protect you or your company from being the victim of a spam hoax. SPF tells people where your email should be coming from. We also save you and your company the embarrassment of sending someone a virus, as we check your messages when they pass through. This way, you are saving others from becoming vulnerable as well. We can relay your messages by your static IP, or using smtp authentication over tls.

Mail Administrator

The Mail Admin gives you the power to create mailboxes and setup user vacation messages as well as forward email for all the users in your domain. It also allows the user to be the administrator of their own account as well, with all the power to change their routing and their password. Ever wanted to have a professional auto responder when your website gets an email? Or to acknowledge that a business address has received an important message? Use the auto responder to make that happen. You can also designate a Catchall account to receive, bounce or delete every email sent to an unknown or incorrect account at your domain. You can also set up aliases to better catalog your correspondence.
